Bairds Maris Otter blend is made from at least 75% Maris Otter to maintain the classic characteristics of this heritage variety. By the request of brewers we created a Maris Otter blended malt, mixed with our Standard Pale Ale malt to capture the essence of the variety in a more cost-effective manner.
