Winter Pale Ale

Craft Pale Ale is made from a winter barley variety called Craft which we stock as an alternative to our Pale Ale that’s made using a spring barley. As Mother Nature presents different challenges each harvest, we give our customers the choice between the two seasons. The notable difference in any given year is the nitrogen content, as there is a vast difference in the number of growing cycles of either variety.
