We take great pride in the quality of the products and in the service we provide to our customers. We recognise that our success depends on the people who work for us.
We welcome ambitious and talented individuals who are looking for a job with the scope for personal and professional development. Also we look to attract people who want to be a part of our successful international team and of our future.
Each year we take on one or two graduate production trainees. The programme runs for 18 months and provides a wide range of experiences within the production environment across our malting sites, alongside a structured training programme. Trainees are given responsibility from day one and get an insight into many aspects of the business, spending about 6 months at each location, while learning the art of making high quality malt.
This programme is for graduates who are looking for a career in the malting industry with our preference being for graduates with a degree in agriculture, engineering, or a science subject.
The Production teams at our five UK malting sites have a key part to play in producing high quality malt. Whether it's a Peat Fire Operator, a Maintenance Electrician, or a Shift Process Operator we're looking for, we expect you to be able to deliver a high standard of work. In return, we will offer not just a job but a career.
In order to make and deliver high quality malt to our customers, there is also a support team which includes Accounts, Human Resources, Commercial and Laboratory functions, amongst others. As with all our employees, we expect high standards of work, and individual achievement and merit are rewarded with progression and development opportunities.
