At Bairds Malt we aim to create a welcoming, fair, and safe working environment for all our employees.
We encourage our people to develop to their full potential by providing training, development opportunities, and competitive remuneration packages. Clear HR policies set the foundations of respect, trust, and understanding that are important to us and we are continually looking at ways to improve the level of employee engagement. We are proud that so many members of our team have chosen to remain at Bairds for most of their careers.
We have a 'Zero Harm Safe for Life' philosophy which has helped reduce the number of accidents in our business in recent years and all employees are encouraged to share their 'Personal Big Five' – the five most important things in their lives that they stay safe for – with their colleagues.
